A moderately paced class with a focus on transitioning into more challenging poses. As always, modifications are offered and all levels are welcome.

Blend Yoga

Blend Yoga combines powerful breathwork, detoxifying postures and meditative mindfulness to focus on a different area of good health each week. All levels are welcome, modifications offered.

Fusion Yoga

Ground Yoga

This class offers a slow flow, centered on connecting deeply with the breath between aligned, mindful movements. Accessible to all levels, Ground Yoga harnesses intense focus through grounding energy and balance between effort and ease.

Renew Yoga

End your week feeling connected and focused. Join us for a gentle flow that will help you release the stress of the week, steady your breath, and energize your senses for the weekend ahead. Renew is an all level class, and modifications are offered.

Restore Yoga

Self Care is important on and off your yoga mat. Restore Yoga offers an opportunity to slow down, dive into all the tight spots, and ease your way into the week. We'll move slowly, holding poses for longer, and harnessing breath to cleanse, heal, and rejuvenate.
