Jenny

Jenny completed her RYT 200 training at Breathe Yoga in Chelsea, MI. In her classes, she brings forth a passion to love yourself by creating a safe space to connect mind, body, and breath. Jenny’s classes focus on mindfulness as well as finding balance through a slow flow style of practice. She believes everyone needs to embrace their inner light and take time for themselves. In a world where one fulfills many roles for many people, it is on the mat where one can find balance, peace, and inner strength.
